Make your way up to Arrowtown and we’ll fit you out on our hardtail Specialized mountain bikes.
Our Arrowtown shop is located at the official start of the Arrow River Bridges and Countryside trail, the perfect launching point for your ride. The shop is a five-minute walk from Arrowtown Centre and located right next to The Dishery so you will have plenty of options for a quick coffee and bite before hopping on the trail. There is all-day parking adjacent to the shop but the early bird gets the best spot!
We open from 9 am for mountain bike collection where we will get you fitted with your bike and helmet, review the trails (maps provided), and do a quick safety briefing. All trails are undulating while others have some serious climbs! Be sure to check out trail information before booking.
We want you to have the most amazing experience possible, so our team is dedicated to ensuring you don’t have to worry about a thing. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on enjoying your “Best Day Ever”!
Review our shuttle options to find the perfect ride for you. Return shuttles to Arrowtown are available to book on the day for an additional $45 per person.

Bring your camera. Pick up your bikes from our Arrowtown Base and head out to enjoy any of the picturesque off-road alpine river trails we have on offer.
Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation is made by 5pm two days before the ride. For example, a ride booked for the Wednesday should be cancelled by 5pm on the Monday before. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
