A full day of exercise, beautiful scenery, excellent food and history! - The owner, Matt was super helpful in giving us guidance on where to go for food and a great biking path to travel, as well as a little historical context.... read more He picked us up in Queenstown and shuttled us to Arrowtown adjacent to his store. He suggested we walk around a little bit before starting the biking trip. Our first stop was at Arrowtown bakery for three pies my favorite was the brisket and jalapeno. The flavor was amazing and the crust was flaky and divine. We walked the streets meandering in and out of the shops. We then returned to the bike shop to get a quick tutorial on the bikes before embarking upon our day’s adventure. The views were amazing. The suspension bridges we had to cross were fun and a little scary at times. The bungy jumping area was phenomenal with more gorgeous views. There was a bar and food here. Then we stopped at Kinross on Matt’s suggestion! Icing on the cake .the food was so very delicious .You CANNOT miss this. We ended our biking at Mt. Rosa for the final wine tasting where Matt promptly retrieved us and returned us to the shop to drop off the bikes before bringing us back to our rental in Queenstown. Exceptional service and experience.

  Fabulous Day - Sebastian and Sue were awesome getting us fitted with our bikes and explaining the trails. The trails, for street riders, were great in areas and a little more challenging... read more in some but all doable.
3 of us decided to ride back from Gibson winery and they were very accommodating with our change of plans. I would highly recommend using Better by Bikes NZ when in the area. Plus, Arrowtown, is a great little place to explore.

  Great experience on e-bikes down the Gibbston Valley - This is the first time we have used e-bikes but they were definitely worth it. On arrival we had two bike setup and adjusted for height etc. The bike came... read more with waterproof paniers which was handy to store our belongings in. We cycled from Arrowtown along the Bridges Trail to the bungy bridge. We were feeling great so carried on to the Gibbston Valley and the Kinross winery were we had a beautiful lunch (highly recommended). The views along the way were spectactular. The e-bikes were fantastic and made the whole trip a pleasure rather an endurance challenge.
