Explore the Queenstown Trails with Door-to-Door E-Bike Shuttle Hire
Start your day the easy way with our convenient door-to-door shuttle service. We’ll collect you from your Queenstown accommodation and transport you to our base in the heart of Arrowtown, where your adventure begins.
After a personalised route recommendation, bike fitting, and safety briefing, you’ll head off to explore the spectacular Queenstown Trail Network on one of our premium Moustache e-bikes.
At the end of your ride, choose the option that suits you best:
- Finish on the trail at one of the many wineries, cafés, or trail destinations, where our shuttle will collect you and return you to your accommodation.
- Ride all the way back to Queenstown, leaving the bikes at your accommodation or agreed collection point, and we’ll come and collect them later—no need to ride back to Arrowtown or worry about returning the bikes yourself.
It’s the most flexible and stress-free way to experience the Queenstown Trails, allowing you to enjoy the ride at your own pace while we take care of the logistics.
Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation is made by 5pm two days before the ride. For example, a ride booked for the Wednesday should be cancelled by 5pm on the Monday before. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
