If you have your own transport, meet us at Dudley’s Cottage in Arrowtown, where we’ll get you set up with our awesome e-bikes!
Our Arrowtown shop is at the official start of the Arrow River Bridges and Countryside Trail—the perfect launching point for your ride. It’s a five-minute walk from Arrowtown Centre and right next to The Dishery, giving you plenty of options for a quick coffee and bite before hitting the trail. All-day parking is available next to the shop, but the early bird gets the best spot!
We open at 9 am for e-bike collection. We’ll fit you with your bike and helmet, review the trails with you (maps provided), and give you a quick safety briefing.
We want you to have the most amazing experience possible, so our team is dedicated to making sure you don’t have to worry about a thing. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on enjoying your “Best Day Ever!”

Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation is made by 5pm two days before the ride. For example, a ride booked for the Wednesday should be cancelled by 5pm on the Monday before. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
